The ShopeeFood Report & Reward Program (“Program R&R ShopeeFood”) enables ShopeeFood partners to report any fraudulent or suspicious practices among ShopeeFood users while ensuring the anonymity of the reporter at all times.

  1. What is the "Report & Rewards" program?
    The Report & Rewards initiative by ShopeeFood aims to combat fraudulent activities and the usage of unauthorised devices among ShopeeFood Delivery Partners. ShopeeFood does not tolerate any form of fraud or unethical behaviour. Therefore, ShopeeFood encourages anyone who encounters suspicious activities and fraud, such as the following, to come forward and report:

    • Use/sale/purchase of MOD (Modified Devices)

    • Use/sale/purchase of Fake GPS

  1. I would like to report suspicious and fraudulent activities of a ShopeeFood Delivery Partner. What are the next steps and process?
    You need to provide relevant details and supporting documents related to your complaint. The whistleblower's identity will not be disclosed. ShopeeFood will investigate the complaint and take action against those involved in fraudulent activities. The steps are as follows:

    • Report fraudulent activities through the ShopeeFood Fraud Activity Report Form only.

    • ShopeeFood will process your report within 14 working days. ShopeeFood will notify you via email if you are eligible for a reward or not.

    • If your report meets the terms and conditions set by ShopeeFood, you are eligible for a reward of up to RM300.

  1. What information/details should I include with my report?
    You are encouraged to gather as much information about the fraudulent activity as possible and include relevant details such as:

    • Screenshot of the unauthorised device (showing the name and version of the unauthorised device)

    • Video recording or summary of the unauthorised device’s functions

    • File download link of the unauthorised APK device

    • Evidence related to the fraudulent activity

  2. How can I ensure that my report helps ShopeeFood's further investigation?
    Ensure the information in your report is complete and concise. For example:

    • MOD/Device Name: ShopeeFood Driver v6.7.0 APK + MOD

    • Complaint Summary: APK file link

    • Evidence Photo/Screenshot:

Avoid general reports and insufficient evidence. For example:

  • This driver always gets orders while I have been in front of the restaurant for a long time but did not get any orders. Please investigate this matter.

  • Please eliminate the MOD.

Ensure the submitted report contains detailed information so ShopeeFood can conduct further investigations and take appropriate action.

  1. How does ShopeeFood determine the eligibility of the report and the reward amount?
    ShopeeFood determines the eligibility of the report and the reward amount based on:

    • You are the first to report the latest fraudulent activity.

    • You submit a complete and concise report where the issue/evidence or fraudulent activity can be verified and tested within the ShopeeFood system.

    • You report the fraudulent details through official channels only.

    • You comply with all Program Terms.
